毕业

毕业 is the completion of all university, major and any minor academic requirements in a student’s final semester. Students report their expected term of graduation to the 度分析 in the Office of 注册及记录 during their official degree audit. Students will apply through the Student Center in 校园连接.

Information printed on a diploma

邮寄地址

Diplomas are mailed to the student's 'mailing' address listed in 校园连接. Should a diploma be returned for an insufficient address, the Office of 注册及记录 makes every attempt to obtain an updated address.  When an updated address is not available, it is held in the Office of 注册及记录 for one year, after which time a student will need to order a diploma replacement.

Diplomas are mailed approximately 4-6 weeks following the close of the semester in which graduation requirements have been completed.
